The Name Given To All That Information Gathering & Holding

Business information services encompass much of the significant data held within a corporate set up.  This will include reports, spreadsheets, metrics, regulatory reporting for HMRC & other governmental bodies.   Some companies have found a way of utilising their knowledge of how to read and expand upon personal information so that customers actually pay them for advice on how to improve their credit score and that sort of thing.  To be able to offer this asdvice, they need to be able to access all sorts of private data – bank account balances, bank account spending, credit cards held and balances cleared, or not;  other store cards held and their balances;  other typs of lending taken out, say for buying that car or the leasing agreement.  And of course, we cannot forget the most major debt in anyone’s life – the mortgage.  What these companies can find out about us is rather alarming if we were to worry about it.   I am constantly bombarded with emails from companies asking me to subscribe to this service or that.  I am my own worst enemy because I don’t check cookies and how they are working inside my laptop – I usually, for speed, just tap Agree.  This of course opens me up to all sorts of enquiring eyes.  I just hope my laptop security system is living up to its name.
